· You need to listen to your tractor. With tractor running and 3 point hitch down raise 3 point to top. Listen to hear if engine changes it's tone. Then push lever forward and listen to hear if engine goes and runs smother. If it does then it is dead heading the hydraulic system and will make the loader slow.
Send message »· I have a D75S-3 track loader that I was using when all of a sudden reverse got real weak and slow? Still moves, but not like it should in reverse. No problems going forward. Hoping someone on here could get me started on what to look at first. Machine doesn't get used that much it sits a lot . Oil and filters are fresh.
Send message »When the hot car is slow, check the main pressure first. If the pressure is too low (at least 3.2MPA), then check whether the gear oil pump (Doosan vehicle self-pressure regulator) leaks and whether the main filter element (filter) is caused by dirt. block.
Send message »Front-end loaders carry, lift and deposit loose materials: sand, soil, stone, quarry slag, coal, ore and many other similar loads. The front-end loader needs tremendous power to lift and tilt the bucket located at the end of two long arms. A powered hydraulic system (or circuit) provides the necessary power to lift.
Send message »· The loader lift arms drift down quickly about 2-3 inches when the control lever is released. After the initial quick 2-3′ drop the cylinders continue to slowly leak down. I repacked the cylinders about 4 years ago (100 hours) using genuine Case kits. The loader has always drifted down slowly I just assumed it was a leaky hose.
Send message »Loader Problems. When it comes to the loader, the boom arms may not rise or rise slowly. This issue could be partly because of boom and bucket overload, low oil flow from the pump, auxiliary circuit on-over relief, control linkage binding, cylinder shafts are bent or the pump is damaged.

Send message »It seems possible that the entire loader is weak but the dump circuit is still strong enough to lift the front. I'm not sure how the pressure test was done. If it was hooking a gauge into the high-pressure line with a t-fitting then there would be little pressure unless either the loader or 3ph were used under heavy loads.

Send message »· One word of caution on shifting from forward to reverse "on the fly" without comming to a complete stop on a 450 C dozer. They have a weak spot on the transmission casting back at the pinion bearing housing. The chamferd edge that holds the bearing away from the ring gear is only about an 1/8 inch thick .My buddy found this out the hard way.
Send message »· Slow hydraulics indicate improper oil supply, bad oil, or weak pump. First check the hydraulic filter, and make sure the oil is not foamy or milky. Then check oil supply at the pump, as well as the pump pressure. Slipping..... If you do have a shuttle check the oil level and condition of that oil. If the level is low, full it of course.

Send message »· Front end loader wasn't fast moving when I got the tractor 6 months ago, but was quick enough. It had enough power to bring the front end off the ground easily. Discovered some water had gotten into the hydraulics from un-booted gear shift levers. Drained and put in new fluid. Still worked ok, but didn't improve the speed or power as I had hoped.
Send message »Loader and backhoe work great, seem to have full power. What should I check?
